Peace can also support sleep and anxiety - try misting it over your pillow or bedding before bed, or apply the balm to your pulse points at night to encourage deeper rest or when your nervous system needs extra support.

*Clary sage is traditionally used during childbirth for its soothing properties. However, as it’s considered an emmenagogue, we do not recommend using this blend during pregnancy.

How to use our Aromatherapy balms: Wear it on your skin and carry your favourite scent with you through the day. Gently massage on your wrists, temples, neck, hands or feet and experience their aromatherapeutic properties. These balms double as a nourishing skin treatment or can be a simple palm inhalation ritual: massage a small amount into your hands, cup your hands, breathe deeply, and let the scent anchor you.

Aromatherapy inhalation is a powerful way to self soothe. Because scent travels directly to the part of the brain that processes emotion and memory, its effects can be felt almost instantly.
