- CLICK AND COLLECT is back! In stock items ready within 24hrs, pre orders we will notify & then you can click and collect! Pick up is from our office in Bundoora, 3083.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping Costs:
- International orders: $15 AUD flat rate
- Australian orders: Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD
Delivery Timeframes:
- United States: 10-15 business days
- New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Japan: 10-14 business days
- Europe (Germany, Netherlands, UK): 12-18 business days
- Other international: 10-20 business days
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Customs & Duties: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
Delivery Times
We know you're excited to get your hands on your goodies! Please allow 1-7 working days for your order to be dispatched from our store. Delivery times will vary depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
During busy periods and sale times please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.
Heavy Items
Heavy items (including our Mustard Made lockers) are based on 'live quoting'. Please see here for more information.
Refunds + Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Return costs are covered by the customer, and we also accept in-store returns. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition.
We are unable to accept returns for pantry goods or sale items.
