• We will be in touch to organise a convenient time to pick up your goodies! 
• Our click and collect will be available regular office hours of 10-5, Mon-Fri pls message us for any times outside of this or any further details that you need! 
• Shipping Internationally- items will be sent via by Australia Post and calculated by their rates :)

Delivery Times

We know you're excited to get your hands on your goodies! Please allow 1-7 working days for your order to be dispatched from our store. Delivery times will vary depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

During busy periods and sale times please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.

Heavy Items

Heavy items (including our Mustard Made lockers) are based on 'live quoting'. Please see here for more information.

 

Refunds + Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Return costs are covered by the customer, and we also accept in-store returns. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition. 

We are unable to accept returns for pantry goods or sale items.
