1. Charging the Lighter
Connect to Power Source: Plug the lighter's USB charging
cable into a compatible USB power adapter or a USB port
on your computer. The blue light will be on when
charging, the light will turn off when full charged.

2. Using the Lighter
Power On: Turn on the switch on the lighter at base.
Ignition: Once powered on, open lid and press the lit up
ignition blue button to activate the spark.
Lighting: Hold the lighter and hold the Incense stick
you wish to ignite and keep the ignition button pressed
until the item lights up.
Power Off: Turn on the switch on the lighter at base to
off, the blue light will be off.

3. Safety Precautions
Keep Out of Reach of Children.Leave off when not in use.
Ensure the lighter is stored safely away from children
and pets. Keep Away from Water: Ensure the lighter is
kept dry and away from moisture.

About The Brand

So, where did Gentle Habits (or as you may know us, This is Incense) come from? And why?

Well, the truth is being a full-time/working mum with two boys, I was struggling to disconnect from work when walking in the door. Finding it hard to switch off, slow down and be present with my family.
This was back in 2020 when I began burning incense as a daily reminder - my ritual - to unwind and slow down. I was looking for ways to escape from the hustle and bustle, just for a moment. Incense became the answer to truly enjoying the in-between moments. This then led to an idea in the shower, to start This is Incense.
